Terms and Conditions – booking and cancellation

The Customer is the person – juridical or physical – that makes the reservation of the event and is liable for the payment. Sea Events Stockholm AB is the company responsible for the event. If no other written agreement exists between the Customer and Sea Events, these terms and conditions will apply.

Information required from the Customer
The order must contain number of participants and contact person. Special requirements must be given before departure. It is important that the Customer is aware of that Sea Events cannot allow, under no circumstances, more participants than agreed in the order.

The order must be confirmed by the Customer by sending an e-mail to info@seaevents.se. If the customer is a private person, the full price must be paid in advance no later than one week before the event. Pay to Handelsbanken 6126-860 247 228 (SWIFT: HANDSESS, IBAN: SE24 6000 0000 0008 6024 7228) or BankGiro 620-1545.

If the event is cancelled less than four weeks before the agreed date, the Customer compensates Sea Event for 50 percent of the agreed price. If the event is cancelled less than one week before the agreed date, the Customer compensates Sea Event for the full agreed price.

All stated prices are exclusive VAT. VAT for the RIB trip is 6 percent. For other services the VAT is 12 or 25 percent. The stated price concerns the agreed event. If the event for any reason, caused by the customer, is delayed or altered, Sea Events standard prices per hour will apply.

Payment terms
Invoice 30 days or full payment in one week advance if the Customer is a private person. If the payment is delayed, the Hotel Industry Standard SHR apply.

Force Majeure
All reasons out of Sea Events control gives Sea Event the right to terminate the agreement. For problems where the cause is Sea Events responsibility (for example machine breakdown) Sea Events will repay the portion of the price related to Sea Events part. Third party costs are not replaced.
